Mzplaye Terms and Conditions – Complete Platform Usage Guide

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering, or using any part of the mzplaye platform at https://mzplaye.pro, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all terms and conditions contained in this document.

These terms apply to all users of the mzplaye platform, including but not limited to visitors, registered members, and active players. Continued use of the platform following any amendments to the terms will be deemed acceptance of those amended terms.

If you are using the mzplaye platform on behalf of a company or other entity, you represent and warrant that you have full authority to bind that entity to these terms.

2. Member Eligibility

To register and use the mzplaye platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Aged 18 years and above at the time of registration.
• Non-citizens or residents of countries where the use of online gambling platforms is prohibited.
• Not currently on an active self-exclusion list or recognised gambling protection programme.

3. Account Registration

A Know Your Customer (KYC) process is conducted for all accounts. Identity verification documents such as MyKad or passport may be required before your first withdrawal is processed.

4. Deposits & Payments

• Withdrawals may only be made to an account or payment method verified under the member's name.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits are set in accordance with mzplaye's current policy.
• Your first withdrawal requires a completed KYC verification before it can be processed.
• Mzplaye reserves the right to request additional documents for identity verification on withdrawals exceeding certain limits.
• Winnings from bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before being eligible for withdrawal.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

• The outcome of all games is final and cannot be disputed once a round or match has concluded.
• Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled.
• Technical issues during gameplay will be resolved in accordance with the relevant game policy.
• For sports betting, the odds displayed at the time the bet is placed are the odds that apply — not the odds at the time of settlement.
• Mzplaye reserves the right to void bets involving system errors or significant odds mistakes.

All games use an independently audited Random Number Generator (RNG) to ensure complete fairness.

8. Prohibitions & Limits

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the mzplaye platform and may result in account closure and balance freezing without notice:

• Registering more than one account.
• Using third-party software, automated bots, or any tool that provides an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Claiming bonuses in a manner that contradicts the stipulated conditions.
• Money laundering or using the platform for any illegal activity.

9. Account Closure

Members may close their account at any time by contacting the mzplaye support team. Voluntary account closure will be processed within 3 business days.

Mzplaye reserves the right to close or suspend any member's account in the following situations:

Mzplaye's maximum total liability to any member under any circumstance is limited to the member's actual deposit amount over the preceding 12 months.

11. Amendments to Terms

Mzplaye reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication on the mzplaye website.

Members will be notified of material changes via their registered email or in-platform notifications. Continued use of the mzplaye platform after amendments are published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
